RALLY DAYS: First Sunday of every month at 8am during summer & 9am for winter.

Unofficial rally days can be conducted provided sufficient instructors are present and the Chief Instructor is notified

Rally days will be dependant on weather conditions and availability of instructors.

Parents must notify the Club Chief Instructor of their intention to attend a rally day

No later than the Thursday preceeding the rally day.

UNIFORM: Sky blue shirt, navy tie, navy blue jodphurs. NO denim jeans allowed. Navy blue stockmen cut trousers can be used for sporting and campdraft only. Royal blue saddlecloth, royal blue vest (both saddlecloths and vests are available from the club)

PONY CLUB PADDOCKS:

Are located near the SES on the Dawson Highway. If a paddock is required, a written request is to be submitted to the secretary, and depending on availability, is allocated by the club executive. A binding lease agreement must be signed annually and will be strictly enforced.
